What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, work email, organisation and the message you write. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on this website.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your message and to continue the conversation you started. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Who processes it
The website and form are hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf and may store data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for up to 12 months after our last exchange, unless a working relationship follows, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@synclayer.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
