Evidence is not consensus
Sync Layer treats contradiction and uncertainty as information. The public method explains the principles; detailed mechanics remain proprietary while the assessment is prepared for controlled pilot validation
Different sources can tell different stories
Documents, interviews, artefacts and behavioural evidence are examined as distinct evidence sources. Agreement is not assumed simply because formal governance appears aligned. The focus is on organisational patterns — this is not an assessment of individual people.
Supported · Contradicted · Uncertain
Evidence is distinguished rather than flattened. Contradiction remains visible; uncertainty remains explicit; conclusions are intended to stay traceable to the evidence behind them.
Decision-centred
The assessment is designed to support executive judgement around a material decision. It does not replace governance, risk ownership or management accountability.
